As a company devoted to creating cutting-edge interactive experiences, Northern Lights knows that every collaboration is a leap of trust. A few months ago, a single inquiry email from Toronto set a brand-new partnership in motion. It came from Alex Chen, Manager at Momentum Events—one of Canada’s premier corporate-event agencies. In Toronto’s hyper-competitive event market, Alex’s clients no longer settle for standard catering and décor. They demand show-stopping, share-worthy moments that drive foot traffic, boost guest engagement, and explode across social media. Alex needed a reusable, tech-forward solution that could wow a diverse corporate audience—and his search ended at our Super Grid Game interactive LED floor. Crossing the Ocean: From Concern to Confidence We understand that buying high-value, cross-border tech feels risky. In our first video call, we invited Alex to voice every worry. His list was specific—and familiar to most international buyers: Installation complexity Transit damage or loss Durability under heavy foot traffic Real return on investment We answered with transparency and a structured framework that matched every concern to a Northern Lights commitment.  Client Concern (Alex Chen)  Our Commitment (Northern Lights)  “My team handles logistics, not IT—how will we install this?”  Modular, pre-labeled kit + step-by-step video tutorials + live WhatsApp support.  “Fifteen days over land and sea—what if it arrives broken?”  Custom, impact-resistant crates, full-coverage insurance, and door-to-door tracking.  “Can the tiles survive hundreds of guests and the occasional spilled drink?”  Industrial-grade panels with proven load specs and factory stress-test reports.  “Will this investment pay off?”  Case studies showing longer dwell time, higher social reach, and sponsor ROI. That conversation turned hesitation into trust—and the order was placed. 10-Day Build: From Promise to Product Once confirmed, our factory began a 10-day sprint that was part assembly, part craftsmanship. The “Brain”: A pre-wired, server-grade control cabinet—clean, labeled, and ready to plug in. Turn-Key Bundle: Every cable, PSU, controller, PC, and peripheral was matched, tested, and packed as one ecosystem. Zero-Hassle Labels: Each extension cord and connector was numbered; a 5-minute scan of the manual tells you exactly where it plugs. Burn-In Test: All 100+ LED tiles were laid out in our workshop and run for hours to catch any pixel, solder, or software hiccup before shipping. Across the Pacific: 15 Days of Peace of Mind Triple-layer wooden crates, shock-absorbing foam, and tamper-proof seals left our dock. We handled every export document and sent Alex a live tracking link. When the shipment cleared Canadian customs, our shared Slack channel lit up with emojis of relief and excitement. Virtual Handshake: Remote Installation That Actually Worked Three pallets arrived at Momentum’s warehouse. Alex’s team opened the first crate and found color-coded bags and a quick-start card that read: “Call us on WhatsApp—15 minutes to lights-on.” Our support engineer walked them through each step on video: “Grab cable ‘001,’ plug it into port ‘001’—just like LEGO, but brighter.” Forty-five minutes later the warehouse floor glowed like a runway. Cheers all around. Debut Night: Measurable Impact & Unforgettable Buzz Weeks later, at a downtown tech-industry mixer, the Super Grid Game sat center-stage. CEOs and interns alike dove into friendly matches; the usual corporate stiffness melted into laughter. Foot traffic around sponsor booths spiked, and Instagram Stories exploded with slow-motion replays. #MomentumTechNight trended organically—free marketing Alex hadn’t paid a dime for. Client Feedback – In Alex’s Own Words “Northern Lights, I have to share how massive our success has been with the Super Grid Game. Initially, ordering high-tech hardware from overseas felt like a gamble. Your team’s transparency—answering every installation and shipping question—gave me the confidence to move forward. Seeing our own system being built and tested in your factory photos was reassuring. When the crates arrived—bullet-proof packaging and clearly labeled parts—I knew we’d made the right choice. Installation was the opposite of a nightmare; it was fun. Pre-marked cables and WhatsApp guidance turned my team into tech wizards in under an hour. The first time we powered it up, the warehouse erupted. Last week’s industry mixer was electric. The floor became the event’s heartbeat, breaking down hierarchies and flooding social media. Clients are ecstatic, and we’ve already booked three follow-up rentals. Super Grid Game isn’t just a product—it’s a growth engine. Thank you for being true partners.” — Alex Chen, Manager, Momentum Events, Toronto
Application of wall + floor SuperGrid case in Indian market In the dynamic country of India, the client installed a super grid project to provide a more interactive experience for the local area. The project covers an area of 26 square meters, using 10x6=60 grids on the wall and 10x17=170 grids on the floor to form a super grid space. Design and planning The initial phase of the project involves a detailed consultation with the client to understand their specific needs, the dimensions of the space and the desired visual effects. The space of 26 square meters is relatively small, in order to allow players to have a better game experience and maximize the utilization of space, we designed to install grids on the ground and one wall, which makes the originally small site have a wider visual effect. Outdoor Interactive Projection Project in the Philippines: A 50-Meter Ground Projection Experience In the vibrant and dynamic environment of the Philippines, an innovative outdoor projection project was implemented to create a captivating and interactive experience for visitors. The project, which spanned 50 meters of ground projection, utilized 10 high-performance projectors to create a stunning visual display. Designed for a large-scale outdoor setting, the interactive projection not only showcased advanced technological innovation but also engaged audiences in an immersive and dynamic way. Project Overview The project was conceived to transform an outdoor space into an interactive experience, where visitors could engage directly with the projected visuals on the ground. This large-scale projection installation covered a 50-meter stretch of pavement or ground surface, and its interactive features allowed users to influence and change the visuals in real time through their movements. The system was powered by 10 carefully positioned projectors, each designed to project high-resolution images with brightness levels sufficient to maintain visibility even under natural outdoor lighting conditions. The primary objective was to create an experience that would attract crowds, encourage participation, and provide an engaging, immersive environment for both local residents and tourists. The interactive element was central to the experience, allowing visitors to become part of the art by triggering changes in the projected visuals as they walked, jumped, or interacted with the surface. Design and Technical Setup The design of the projection system required careful planning to ensure seamless coverage of the 50-meter space. The 10 projectors were strategically placed along the perimeter of the area to maximize coverage and ensure the projections flowed smoothly from one point to the next. Each projector was calibrated to create a continuous image, eliminating any gaps between the projections and ensuring that the overall visual effect was cohesive. The projectors used in the installation were high-brightness models, capable of maintaining their clarity and vividness even under daylight or in partially shaded conditions. Given the outdoor setting, special attention was also given to the weatherproofing and durability of the equipment. The projectors were mounted securely to withstand the outdoor elements while providing a consistent and reliable performance throughout the duration of the project. Interactive Features The interactive projection was a highlight of the project, utilizing motion sensors and advanced software to detect visitors' movements and alter the visuals accordingly. Motion sensors were placed along the ground projection area to track the movements of people walking or running through the space. As visitors moved, the projections responded dynamically, creating effects such as ripples, waves, or shifting patterns, allowing people to become part of the art. This interaction created a sense of immersion, as users could influence the visual content in real time. In addition to the motion-triggered effects, the project also incorporated sound elements that synchronized with the visual changes. This added another layer of interactivity, making the experience even more engaging by linking auditory cues with the visual projections. Installation and Execution The installation process involved a detailed and precise setup to ensure that the projections covered the full 50-meter stretch without distortion. The projectors were mounted on poles or secure platforms at calculated angles to achieve the best alignment and clarity. Cables and wiring were carefully routed and concealed to maintain the aesthetic integrity of the outdoor space while ensuring safety and functionality. Once the projectors were in place, the technical team worked on calibrating the system, fine-tuning the motion sensors, and testing the interactive features. After several rounds of testing, the system was fully optimized, ensuring that each movement triggered the appropriate visual response.
